As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, travel can feel overwhelming and daunting. Honestly, when I was first diagnosed with Lupus I thought that meant my traveling days were over almost before they began. Similarly with my thyroid condition and my reaction to the cold. I kept seeing road blocks and obstacles.

But then I realized I just have to travel smarter. Be a bit more prepared. I’m here to share what I’ve learned about traveling while disabled.
